Title:
Concise Name:short name of your document. It should match the name of the uploaded HTML file and should be of the form 'MyShortName'.
Target Version: . target version must be of the form 0.1, 0.2, ..,0.13 Then 1.0, 1.1,.. 1.13 etc.. Note that version e.g. 1.03 should normally never occur.
Document Date: the date as mentioned in the header of the document with YYYYMMDD format
Document Type:
Author(s): first + last name(s), comma separated list
Editor(s): first + last name(s), comma separated list
(person(s) who actually typed and formatted the document)
Responsible I/W Group: select the responsible Interest/Working Group
Abstract: max. 2000 chars
Contact e-mail:notification address (e.g. wg.chair@domain.com)
File:the body of the document itself: use zip/tar to package multi-part documents into a single file. The file must be named --.
Comment: additional info for the Document Coordinator
