We've issued new working drafts of VOSpace (v1.12) and the Credential Delegation mechanism (v1.01) and promoted WS Basic Profile to a proper WD (v1.00). I believe that these are all ready to proceed to PR and so if any of these interest you, please review them within the next day or so and let me have any comments. Failing any showstoppers, I will annoounce their RFCs next week.
