Hi,

But what is preventing us from adding the semicolon as ending separator?
I do apologize for asking a question that seems to have already been
answered in the past, but I could not find the answer in the archive
mailing-list and since I did not follow all the UCD developments from
the very beginning, probably I missed something.
Could anybody give me a pointer to a discussion or a very brief
comment on it?
Or is it maybe to avoid having a possible NULL word at the end when
parsing a UCD, assuming the ending semicolon?

Thank you
Nausicaa
