UCDs status and perspectives

  Hello,

  I have tried to summarize in a short document the
current status of UCDs, and the various suggestions
that have been made concerning their possible extension,
evolution, refactoring, ...
  I don't draw any conclusion at the end of this short
paper. I just tried to collect the various informations
available here and there, and put them together. The goal
is to stimulate discussions!
