I looked a bit further into the issue of the NVO ADQL parser and can
pass on some more information.  The NVO ADQL parser comes from Ray
Plante and others at NCSA, and I think Tom McGlynn was also involved
(I had nothing to do with this and am merely passing on the information
to follow up on our discussions).  This implementation supports ADQL
1.0 as well as v0.74.  Like the AstroGrid version, it is written in
Java and uses JavaCC.

This is included in the NVO summer school software distribution.  Further
