SkyNode Interface Version 0.5

There has been a suggestion to close OpenSkyQuery mailing list and move
this to VOQL. As of This mail please use VOQL at ivoa.net to comment
on the SkyNode specification.

The Latest Spec0.5 is now posted on the twiki at
http://www.ivoa.net/twiki/bin/view/IVOA/IvoaVOQL

We will work on producing some precise WSDL for the SkyNode next.

As always more comments are welcome.
