A Working document has been submitted

Dear VOQL friends,

Our first working document toward VOQL has been submitted
by Wil O'Mullane (JHU) yesterday, and please download it from
our TWiKi page.

In the coming Strasboug meeting we have a half-day slot for VOQL,
and I hope to discuss intensively on this document. I also hope to
ask several people to provide brief report on their progress toward
future XML-based VOQL.
