New verbose ADQL v0.7.4?

We have found 0.7.3 in operable with Java especially AXIS.
We wasted a lot of time on problems never encountered with 0.7.1
0.7.4 is experimental not a complete reversion but it works better
with java tools while being less verbose than 0.7.1.
We have not finshed working with it yet.
