Fwd: IVOA Standard Documents

Well, html is the standard format for IVOA documents, as described in 
the "IVOA Documents Standard" recommendation.

But this affects only documents published on the ivoa.net/Documents 
tree, i.e. starting from the version 1.0 of the Working Draft: not docs 
in the twiki pages.
