SADQL schema (valid...)

Aaargh, I sent out a slightly old version.  Still it seems no-one's checked it 
really, so ho hum.

The Aliases are not really UCDs - Aliases describe actual columns in specific 
tables in specific databases.  Whereas UCDs are not (meant to be) that specific. 
 We might use UCDs to link and Alias from one query up with specific columns in 
a specific database but this is another issue altogether. 

NB - SADQL really is very similar in structure to SQL - it's just that each 
element is tokenised by XML elements rather than by spaces and brackets.  Ignore 
the XPath bit which may be a red herring and hasn't been tested anyway.
 
Attached is the schema and XML document that validates under XML Buddy, and has 
more sensible values...
