Dear VOQL members,

Please read the following guidelines to submit documents to the TWiKi page
of the IVOA.  It means that you need to pass your new documents to ME,
and you are not recommended to submit your documents directly to the
IVOA document area.

>    * WG Chairs have to submit requests toivoadoc at ivoa.net for document 
> publication
>    * WG TWiki pages have to be cleaned from documents with"official" headers
>    * IVOA papers must be removed from other sites
>    * never reference copies of IVOA documents stored elsewhere
>    * see the "IVOA Document Standards"

>New features:
>    * for internal working group papers we offer a template

Because I am requested to pass our document roadmap, I will circulate
a draft tomorrow. When I have your comments, I will pass our roadmap
to the IVOA chair.
