New Co-Chairs of VOQL WG

Dear VOQL people,

As you may know, I will be the chairman of the IVOA from July 1st for one
year. Because IVOA chair (and executive committee) approves Recommendations
that are products from each WGs, the IVOA chair should avoid to be a WG chair.

I explained this and proposed to step down from the VOQL chair in an executive
committee in Kyoto, and the committee agreed.

After the Kyoto meeting, I tried to find new chair. In the next phase major tasks
are integration of ADQL and DAL interfaces, brushing up XMATCH, and so on.
I contacted several persons, and I would like to propose the following TWO
people as co-chairs:

Maria A. Nieto-Santisteban (NVO; USA) and
Yuji Shirasaki                    (JVO; Japan).

I hope you agree with this proposal. With your agreement, I plan to propose
these co-chairs in the next IVOA executive committee (July 20th).
