Brian's VOCatalog presentation

Hi,

I understand Brian is not presenting the official Catalog DM WG view. I
think his experience will be good to know by the VOQL WG.

perfectly sufficient. And in any case, we'll do our best to attend your
CAT-DM report during the DM session.
