1.0rc1 WSDL issues (Transports/Formats)

Yep - eventually it should be in the registry.
However, at the moment we don't have a way of registering it.
Certainly for v1.0 it makes sense to have the same data available direct 
from the service.
Can someone write a change request outlining the details of the two 
methods and we can add it to the document.

Note - should we start a new discussion thread on the XML schema for a 
VOSpace registry entry ?
