paginated node list

The getNode and findNode operations both specify a way for the client to
request a subset of a node list (child nodes or search results). In getNode it
says the params are uri and offset, while in findNode it is uri and limit. The
meanings are roughly the same (the text could be made closer to identical to
make this clear), but offset is clearly the wrong param name...

I think offset is left over from a previous, indexed scheme we decided was
subject to race conditions. Is that right?
