TOPCAT V1.1 release

Hi Mark,

Quite interesting tool, TOPCAT ! Just a few remarks/questions
after a short test:

--> in the internationalized environment, the numbers are edited
    in a strange fashion: here the comma is written in place of the
    decimal point (local conventions) but then the numbers edited
    in TOPCAT have a comma (for the decimal point) AND a point
    added at the end of the number, as e.g. 0,0018141.

--> In the metadata list, the arraysize (which gives the maximal
    length of strings) is not listed.

--> TOPCAT crashes with VOTables containing <GROUP> (accepted in VOTable1.1)
    As a simple patch you may just ignore the GROUP but continue
    the parsing; there are also FIELDref and PARAMref tat you can just
    skip.
 
--> for curiosity: in the metadata list you include the explanation
    of the UCDs. Where are you getting the explanations -- I mean is
    this explanation in some TOPCAT file, or are you getting these
    explanations from a url, and if yes from which url ?

Maybe some other comments in the near future...
