UCDlist document update

   dear all,
 sorry for delayed answer.
the DM details are not final yet, therefore I would not advise
to use the DM (even if  UCD have no meaning without the DM).

At present my view is to unify all quantities related to atomic and
molecular physics under a single word
    phys.atmol.*  "quantities related to atomic and molecular  processes"

A more complete list of UCD will be proposed once the DM is set "final".
