New list of words

Dear Andrea,

Thanks a lot for the new list!
A couple of comments/suggestions:

Versioning: the ucd1p-words.txt file does not contain any version one 
could refer to.
On this topic, the UCD page (http://vizier.u-strasbg.fr/UCD/) provides 
a link
to "ucd1p-words.txt" and a link to "ucd1p-words-20050429.txt" and it is 
not clear whether
one is a link to the other (I would prefer to always see the version in 
the file name).

Also, beware that the document pointed to in the UCD page 
("Explanations on the vocabulary are available in IVOA 
WD-UCDlist-20050429.pdf") is not found on the ivoa web site.

Then, looking at the list with biased eyes given that these days I'm 
working on the Characterisation
DM,  I have a remark on some asymmetry within the list. For example 
let's take the Resolution
concept for which I can find:

Q|instr.angRes                         |Angular resolution
Q|instr.spect.resolution               |Spectral (or velocity) 
resolution
Q|time.resolution                      |Time resolution

The problems I see with this are:

1.- the resolution (think of an image from the ground) is not only a 
instrumental effect
     (unless one thinks of the atmosphere as part of the instrument)
2.- In the charcterisation DM, resolution on the various axes is 
treated symmetrically

Hence, my preference would go for something along these lines:

Q|pos.resolution                       |Angular resolution
Q|spect.resolution                     |Spectral (or velocity) 
resolution
Q|time.resolution                      |Time resolution

What do you think?
