Who is the `we', here?  Is this the CDS panel for discussing new UCDs, 
or the list of folk on the WG, which I take to be approximately 
coextensive with the list of authors of the UCD1+ proposal?  I 
understood I was still on the WG, though I don't recall any such 
automated emails.
