Comment on ADQL PR

Dear VOQL,

Since I visited Italy last week and I had no access to fast Internet,
and I couldn't participate this discussion on the SELECT INTO issue.
I tried to catch up your discussion m(_ _)m

I recalled our discussion during the Boston interop meeting, when
Clive proposed to include INTO to the spec. We discussed if we need
to add the CREATE clause, and we agreed we don't need to use the CREATE
clause. My memory might be wrong.

The discussion can be regarded as an implementation issue. As all of you
are aware, each DBMS has its own dialect. Therefore each implementer
has to consider such dialect when interfacing between ADQL and native
DBMS. I believe that this issue can be solved in such implementation
work. In other words, we may be able to live with current specification of ADQL.

In the future we can revisit this issue during upgrading current ADQL and
SkyNode specs.
