Wiki page updated to VOTable 1.1

Thank you, Mark, quite useful ! The following attributes are not in
the XML Schema and should be removed:
  in <VALUES> : remove  invalid 
  in <LINK>   : remove  gref     (replaced by href="glu:...")

Do you agree ?
