Yes, well spotted.

The schema at http://www.ivoa.net/xml/VOTable/VOTable-1.1.xsd says:

   <xs:attribute name="gref" type="xs:token"/><!-- Deprecated in V1.1 -->

so the gref is deprecated but not actually removed/illegal.

I've uploaded a new version with the VALUES/invalid attribute removed.
